Sales/Disclosure Packets
Have your real estate agent contact the Association to request a Disclosure Packet using this standard form (your agent should also have this form). The packet includes several items that the Association discloses to the buyer. This is a State Law requirement.
The Association has 14 days to prepare the packet and get it to your agent. Expedited service is available for an additional cost.
