We have enabled Zelle payments on the Raintree HOA account. If you wish to make a payment using Zelle, direct the payment within Zelle to the general HOA email address “board@raintreecville.org“.
It is critical that you enter the street address associated with the payment in the memo/note section so the payment can be properly credited to your account. For the time being, please also send a follow-up email to board@raintreecville.org. Note that the bank may add a 1% fee.
Raintree HOA is not responsible for lost payments or payments sent to the wrong account or address.
Finally, if you don’t want to use Zelle, most banks offer a free “Bill Pay” service that will write and mail a check for you. Many residents use this option and it works well!
