How much and how to pay?

Dues for 2026 are $328. Payments of $82 can be made quarterly. Please refer to the September 30, 2025 slides for information regarding the Sept 2024-2025 expenditures and the 2025 budget projection. Please mail payments to our accounting firm at:

What do the dues cover?

Our very low dues primarily covers the cost of weekly trash pick-up (on Monday mornings via our contract with Neighborhood Disposal), along with common area maintenance and other administrative costs.

What if I can’t pay my dues?

Please contact the Board to discuss your options. Within reason, the Board would like to be supportive. Email: board@raintreecville.org

What if I’m seriously behind on my due payments?

There are homeowners who are two or more years behind in their due payments. At the April 2019 homeowners’ meeting, participants overwhelmingly supported suspending trash services for homeowners who are two or more years behind unless they pay their dues or establish (and honor) a payment plan. This policy was again affirmed during the 2025 annual meeting. For details, contact the Board.
